Summer School 2012

Thank you for considering Hoaloha Kai Summer School. Information is published in March regarding summer programs.  Our program offers two sessions for children up to 6th grade. Each session encourages children to explore their interests, discover new talents, and develop new skills, integrating academic skills along with exciting explorations and fun social interactions.

Each session will have a mid-morning snack and recess, with water play, team games, and other outside fun throughout the day. Children can bring their own lunch or order through Keiki Lunch Box. Please inquire at the office for more details regarding lunch orders and menu.

Younger children staying until 3:00 will take a nap after lunch, while children 5 years and up will continue their afternoon activities with silent reading, language and math activities, art and music. In addition, older children will be Going Out to further their explorations and learning. Another snack will be provided for children staying for extended afternoon care (3-6 pm).

Swimming Lessons:

For an additional fee, children can participate in swimming lessons through Leahi Swim School each Tuesday and Thursday. Contact the school for more information.
